Marshall V-LCD70P-HDMI

The Marshall monitor has a special dc input, not the normal 12v plug that the other monitors have. If you always have that Marshall cable with you that’s no problem, otherwise you won’t get a replacement easily.

Like the ikan monitors this one works with camcorder batteries. It came with a Sony NPQ 4000mAh Li-Ion, that’s slightly less than the ikan’s battery.

Battery lasted for: 4 hours 10 minutes
Battery loading time: 1 hour
Battery Type: 7.2V 4000mAh

This is superior battery performance!

Like the DP-1 you have to install a bracket that holds the battery and is connected with an external cable. It uses the same battery as the V8000.

Battery lasted for: 1 hour 8 minutes (tested twice)
Battery loading time: 2 hours
Battery Type: 7.4V 5200mAh

Although this is the smallest monitor with the biggest battery it doesn’t last very long.

Clint from ikan says:
“In the event that a battery does provide power for at least three hours, we replace it if it is under warranty.”

That sounds good. Apparently they didn’t send me the battery that usually comes with the deluxe kit.
