SURUI 24mm f/2.8 anamorphic 1.33x lens

This new lens shares many features with its “older” siblings: smooth aperture, 1.33x anamorphic squeeze, metal housing. The new 24mm version is a bit slower in terms of aperture though, it sports a f/2.8 aperture, the other two feature a f/1.8 aperture.

Since the already available lenses (35mm f/1.8 and 50mm f/1.8) are quite affordable offerings when it comes to anamorphic shooting, completing a set of three with this 24mm f/2.8 version seems compelling, for sure. All three lenses share the same 1.33x squeeze factor so you can mix’n’match them easily on set.
