Lowel Blender XL LED 3-Light Kit Released – Compact and Ready to Go

Lowel has just released a Blender XL LED 3-light kit that includes three light stands, two Tota-Brella umbrellas, and a Slim Litebag soft case. This compact, lightweight lighting kit looks like it could be a great fit for a one-man-band filmmaker. So let’s take a closer look at it!

Lowel is well-known in the industry for creating high-quality portable light kits, including ones with the famous Lowel Omni and Tota tungsten fixtures. The filmmaking industry has nearly finished transitioning to full LED lighting, so Lowel is back with a Blender XL LED 3-light kit that should help you out in most shooting scenarios, all with a small footprint and lightweight package.

• The Blender XL is bi-color. It can go from 3,000°K to 6,000°K
• The light comes with a built-in diffuser that results in a 45° beam angle

• According to Lowel, the Blender XL is “up to four times brighter than traditional 1×1 panels.”
• It comes with a D-Tap cable to power it with V-Mount/Gold Mount batteries

As you can tell, the Blender XL packs a good amount of power output in a small form factor. Furthermore, having a solid and well-thought-out lighting kit makes great sense for such LED lights.
