Released in March of 2022, these PavoBulbs were designed for filmmakers working in challenging lighting situations. Whether low light, mismatched lighting, or an unsuitable ambient setting, these lights will let you establish and control the desired mood and tone.

The bulbs have E27 sockets, so they fit a standard house lamp, and they can also be powered externally using a D-Tap battery or a power bank (the Power Bank from NANLITE is included in the Kit) via the USB Type-C port located on the bulb’s side. And, when there’s no access to AC power, you can use the NP-F Battery Adapter and Mount (also included!), which allows you to power the PavoBulb 10C with an NP-F style battery that can be purchased separately.

Button and NANLINK control

There are three buttons on the side of the NANLITE PavoBulb 10C bulb where you can adjust brightness, switch between light modes, and fine-tune color temperature (CCT) and hue. There are five brightness levels (adjustable from 0-100% in 20% increments), six CCT levels, and twelve HUE adjustments. However, the PavoBulb 10C also has built-in Bluetooth so it can be controlled remotely with the free NANLINK App or through 2.4G using NANLINK remote controls.

At a mere 170g, this bulb offers a broad CCT range from 2700K to 7500K, and the green-to-magenta shift can be adjusted to match other light sources. It has 36,000 color options and 15 customizable special effects, which can be saved as a preset if you’re using the App. There is also a light modifier, the PavoBulb Bouncer, which attaches to the dome via a suction cup.
