FEELWORLD has just launched an HDMI wireless video transmission system, the W1000H. It offers a maximum operating range of 1000+ feet, has a latency of 80ms, integrates a full-duplex intercom system, and supports UVC live streaming. It retails for $470.
Chinese company FEELWORLD is well-known for producing on-camera monitors that come at an affordable price, although they have started exploring other market segments, especially with their recently introduced FL video light series.
The brand already offers an SDI/HDMI wireless video transmission system, the W1000S, which is sometimes labeled under FEELWORLD’s sibling brand LAIZESKE. This model is now getting an HDMI-only companion with the release of the W1000H. Let’s take a closer look!

FEELWORLD W1000H: features
The new FEELWORLD W1000H is an HDMI wireless video transmission system with a claimed operating range of about 400m/1312ft and a latency of 80ms. The transmitter (TX) has HDMI in/out, while the receiver (RX) offers two HDMI outputs. Both units support 1080p signals up to 60fps.

Each transmitter can support up to four receivers simultaneously. Additionally, the TX can be turned into a receiving unit, thus facilitating scalability of the whole system. The FEELWORLD W1000H can automatically pick up the best available channel among a set of 13 while prioritizing either latency or image quality.

Interestingly, the FEELWORLD W1000H can also act as a full-duplex intercom system for communication between crew members, as each unit comes with a 3.5mm jack. Moreover, UVC (USB Video Class) live streaming is supported over the USB-C port. Although this function requires an optional USB-C to Ethernet adapter, it can effectively turn your camera into a wireless webcam that can be freely moved around in space.
The FEELWORLD W1000H is also compatible with a dedicated mobile app (iOS/Android) and allows for real-time monitoring on up to 4 smart devices. The app also grants access to some of the most common monitoring tools.
Design and power
Both the transmitter and the receiver look pretty compact and lightweight. Each device measures 67x24x118mm/2.6×0.9×4.5” in size and weighs 128g/4.5oz. Each unit is equipped with a 1/4”-20 mounting thread at the bottom.

A front OLED display informs users about the system’s status, while on the back there’s an integrated Sony NP-F style battery plate. Additionally, power can also be provided via the USB-C (5V/1.5A) or DC-IN (6-16V) ports. Lastly, the TX and RX come with a built-in cooling fan, although there’s no word on its loudness.

Price and availability
The new FEELWORLD W1000H HDMI wireless video transmission system is now available to pre-order from B&H. Its official retail price is set at $469.99. However, at the moment of writing, you can benefit from a 20% holiday saving.
