Future Moments VideoMaster 2.0 – Smartphone and macOS App Introduced

Future Moments has just released a new version of its audio mastering app for video: VideoMaster 2.0. This mobile audio production app delivers an instant audio post-production experience on mobile devices. Also, at no additional cost, you can run the app on any MacOS 11/12 computer. So let’s take a closer look at it!

If you’re new to Future Moments apps and solutions, you can take a look at our MicSwap/AudioMaster/VideoVerb Pro introduction article here. The company focuses on creating audio solutions for musicians, content creators, and filmmakers that use their smartphones as a creation tool.

To further expand its lineup, the company has just released VideoMaster 2.0, the second version of their mastering app for filmmakers.

Future Moments VideoMaster 2.0 features

VideoMaster 2.0 is an iOS app that allows you to quickly tweak the audio of your finished video, without touching the video nor having video quality loss.

So, how does it work? First, you import a video from your phone to VideoMaster 2.0. Then, you’ll get access to numerous features, including a 6-band equalizer, volume boost, as well as an entire library of presets if you don’t want to tweak things too much.

Of course, within VideoMaster 2.0’s EQ, you can adjust the frequency, gain, and Q. You can press and hold an EQ or preset module to bypass it and get a better idea of what you’re doing.

Once you’re done, you can save your final video as the original, or compress it to share on social media, for example. You can even just extract the audio if you wish.

Also, with this new release, Future Moments is extending VideoMaster for iOS to MacOS desktops, at no additional cost. This means, you can start a project on your smartphone and finish it on desktop.

Price and availability

VideoMaster 2.0 is available now from the App Store as a free download. According to the company, it has been thoroughly tested and is ready for iOS 15 and all new Apple devices. However, if you want to unlock all the features of VideoMaster 2.0, you’ll have to sign up for a subscription plan for $4.99 per month, $9.99 for six months, or $14.99 for a year.

I’m not a massive fan of subscription-only apps, as I prefer to pay once-and-for-all for a product and move on, but it seems like most software/plugin companies are moving towards such subscription models.

To download a free trial version of VideoMaster, please visit the App Store here.

What do you think about this smartphone/desktop audio mastering app for content creators on the go? Do you subscribe to monthly/yearly plans for software often? Don’t hesitate to share your opinion in the comments down below!
