NANLITE PavoSlim 240CL 4x1 RGBWW LED Panel Announced - Compact for Tight Setups

NANLITE has expanded their PavoSlim series with the introduction of the PavoSlim 240CL 4×1 RGBWW LED panel. Especially useful if you are a filmmaker or content creator working in tight spaces, this compact panel might be just what you’re looking for. Let’s have a look.

Parent company NANGUANG, a family-owned enterprise, is a leading light manufacturer based in China. Earlier this year, Johnnie had a chance to tour their factory in Shantou, China, and see how their lights are made. Introduced in late 2023, the PavoSlim line, which includes the 240B/240C and 60CL LED lights, has now added a panel specifically for those areas where it’s hardest to set up a light.

PavoSlim 240CL Panel – the features

The PavoSlim is a series of very thin, high-output panel lights. Like the other models in the PavoSlim line, the 240CL features RGBWW output, a wide CCT range of 2700K-7500K and 0-100% dimming, green-to-magenta adjustment of +/- 150, and high color accuracy with a CRI of 96 and TLCI of 97. The unit also offers five lighting modes, including HSI, and 15 lighting effects.

With a rated power of 260W, the 240CL weighs only 3.62 kg/7.98lb and has a brightness level of 21,030 lux @1m/3.28 ft (5600K). The elongated design of the fixture offers a wider, softer beam along its length and a harder light along its width. This versatility should provide flexibility in various lighting scenarios.

The unit is composed of aluminum alloy, which provides both protection and heat dissipation. There is a large, multi-row sink on the back.

Optional accessories like the 5-meter DC Connection Cable with interconnectable connectors can extend the reach of the included DC cable for those hard to reach ceiling spaces, and a Dual-Panel Coupler, will allow two 240CL panels to be combined into a 4’x2′ configuration, expanding the light coverage significantly.
