Tilta has released the Arca Height Adjustable 15mm LWS Baseplate that is not only height-adjustable, allowing for a wider range of cameras (up to 10 lbs/4.53 kg) to be used with just one baseplate, but is also Arca plate compatible. Let’s have a closer look.
Tilta’s diverse product line supports everything from DSLRs to industry-leading cinema cameras, and they’ve been busy. Just last month they released a carbon fiber tabletop tripod and a fluid head, and in June, they featured a foldable Arca baseplate that allows users to flip their camera from horizontal to vertical and the Hydra Alien Pro car mount stabilizing system. Now, they are introducing a baseplate for camera systems under 10 lbs/4.53 kg, unique in that it integrates with Arca systems and features height adjustability as well, all for a decent price.
